Breathe Well-being will assist you in your Well-being journey every step of the way. If you are part of a participating Corporate and are eligible to join, you can use this app to navigate through your wellness program and interact with its many offerings.
Track your activity - steps taken, distance walked, calories burned and workouts attended through ClassHop fitness. Fill out your Breathe Health Assessment (BHA) form and profile information, in order to get the most personalised experience possible. The more active you are on the platform, the better the journey will get.
Push your team members and colleagues to get more active and lead a healthy lifestyle via this platform. You can share your activity with your peers by posting pictures, videos and articles on health and wellness. To make things interesting, compete with each other in several competitions such as number of steps taken during the Race, Health Quizzes and offline participation at events held in your company. Get listed in the Hall of Fame with the most number of Achievements and Badges!
Get connected with our in-house experts to get one-to-one counselling with our Nutritionist and Therapists. Stay connected and get feedback to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
You can also meditate using the Guided Meditation section of the app. Choose your favourite category and select the session you want to listen to. The audio will continue to play in the background even if the app is closed.
The more you engage with the platform and your peers, the more Reward Points you earn. These can be redeemed for tons of prizes from our Reward Partner Network. Use these to assist you towards your ideal health journey!
The application is available for anyone to download, but your company must be a participating member of the Breathe Well-being program for you to receive your login details.
Breathe app will require you to receive data from Apple Healthkit to record and display the activity data.
